If God is love, to come near to God is to love, and real love will produce works, light, manifestation. Everything depends on how we understand Christ. Christ is the answer to the world; but an answer which should have reality within and in us. Humanity will be saved when love become tangible, real, in all those who believe in Love.

God's gifts are graces which transform us into constant and total givers. To be children of the light means that we have to give light. To keep the lamp because we are afraid is not to believe. Those who keep faith their own property will one day realize that they have nothing before God. All this means that "the light of the Gospel changes us into light apostles". But as important as to give light is to receive it. Let us open ourselves to Jesus: be humble and listen to Jesus. He will remove obstacles, false lights, and be with us.

This was what Ezra was already telling the people of God: those who belong to God's people they should ascend to the Temple of God and re-build it in themselves.

The Lord has done great things for us, and we rejoiced.

DAILY OFFERING
Eternal Father, I offer You everything I do this day; my thoughts, words, joys and sufferings. Grant that, vivified by the Holy Spirit and united to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary, my life this day may be of service to You and to others. I also pray that all those preparing for marriage discover in Sacrament the source of Christ's grace for living a fithful and fruitful love. Amen.
