Today's Gospel says that great crowds of people followed Jesus because he cured so many sick people. The crowds were made up mainly of sick people and those looking after them.

Everywhere in today's world, in poor and rich countries alike, there are great crowds of sick people. Many of them never get to go out. They are unable to leave their homes or hospitals.

Jesus who cured people long ago knows the name and illness of every sick person in the world today. Jesus' healing love is available today as it was long ago.

Jesus' healing love is like a divine website that anyone can access, from home or hospital or wherever. No need to be part of a mobile crowd.

Accessing this website just needs a simple prayer; and we this our prayer: "Jesus, please help. Jesus, please heal".

DAILY OFFERING
Eternal Father, I offer You everything I do this day; my thoughts, words, joys and sufferings. Grant that, vivified by the Holy Spirit and united to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary, my life this day may be of service to You and to others. I also pray that all those preparing for marriage discover in Sacrament the source of Christ's grace for living a fithful and fruitful love. Amen.

PRAYING WITH THE CHURCH
