The Lord says to Thomas, '... Blessed are they who have not seen me, but still believe'.

It is by faith we believe in God and believe all that God has said and revealed to us. In learning the Creed we are taught what the Church proposes for our belief. Faith does not come by memorising the Creed. Faith comes by transmission from one person to another, from one community to another, from one generation to the next. Faith is to be kept, to be lived and to be professed.

John's letter tells us that the first disciples of Jesus, who have heard, seen and touched with their hands the Word of Life, profess faith as a fellowship of love between the Father, the Son and us children of God who believe that Jesus is the Son of God. The Acts shows that faith communities are of one heart and mind in the ways they live.

We are blessed when we don't lock up our faith, but proclaim Jesus Christ, who is the Word of God made flesh and perfect reflection of his Godhead, in order to lead others to faith in him.

In faith, may our joy be complete!

DAILY OFFERING
Eternal Father, I offer You everything I do this day; my thoughts, words, joys and sufferings. Grant that, vivified by the Holy Spirit and united to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary, my life this day may be of service to You and to others. I also pray that all those preparing for marriage discover in Sacrament the source of Christ's grace for living a fithful and fruitful love. Amen.

PRAYING WITH THE CHURCH
