上主日的第二篇讀經是選自聖保祿宗徒致羅馬人書十章八至十三節：
「But what does it say? “The word is near thee, in thy mouth and in thy heart” (that is, the word of faith, which we preach). For if thou confess with thy mouth that Jesus is the Lord, and believe in thy heart that God has raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart a man believes unto justice, and with the mouth profession of faith is made unto salvation. For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes in him shall not be disappointed.” For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for there is the same Lord of all, rich towards all who call upon him. “For whoever calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.”」
小弟不是高人。祗是覺得，這句經文的確是很有意思。「用口呼求」和「用心相信」的奇妙功效，往往不是抽象的理論可以充份說明。
也許是受公共禮儀的影響吧！我們的教會似乎是缺少了一些親切地「向上主呼求」的習慣──當然，我不是說我們的團體不「信」天主──但我們傾向於將天主概念化。在一個非常重視神學「客觀性」的教會，往往會忽略了個別信徒的「個人」感受。
今天在沙田的聖本篤堂參加平日彌撒。一些老教友們習慣在彌撒前後，共唸一些文言的祈禱經文，當中古色古香、深具神韻的祈禱和呼求，所憑所據的，並非一些抽離空泛的概念（在我的生活中，未能把思想化為生命，就是「空泛」），而是一顆很純、很真的信心。
中華教會的熱心敬禮傳統，在很大程度上，仍有待我們的積極發掘。

我想不是公共崇拜缺乏向上主呼求的部分,而是我們有否以心神和真理去朝拜他.
Kyire eleison 和 Agnus Dei 不是很有深度的呼求嗎?

Concerning the "Kyrie" and "Agnus Dei", I agree that these are parts of the invocations that are highly inspiring. However, the way we sing it may be a bit "dull" - owing to habitualization ...
We may remember that in ancient times, the addressing to Christ with the word "Kyrie" sometimes means giving one's life for the sake of the Faith. Nowadays we got less serious about the power of the word.
Prayer in Sacred Liturgy can, and should, continue into daily prayer life of individual christians. Many of the songs from Taize have Liturgy as their source. They are really beatiful ...
