陳樞機在私人禱告中若用舊版，我一點也不出奇，正如教宗在私人彌撒用拉丁文，我也不會出奇。

Simon, Latin is always used no matter it is the new or the traditional mass.
The whole issue is not about using Latin or vernacular, it is about which mass, Tridentine or Pauline.

It's not even a matter of Tridentine "or" Pauline, but "both" side by side.

比喻只是比喻。
有人認為舊版聖母經好些，有人認為新版好些，於是各有捧場客。舊版沒有被廢除，但現實是新版漸漸在使用人數上取代舊版。
彌撒模式也是相近情況。哪一種「最好」，只有天主能肯定，除非有個教宗有膽「以不能錯的神恩」一錘定音說：「此乃最好，永世不能再改！」否則，我們再討論一百年，也只能繼續討論。
我不是叫大家不要再討論，因為對此題有興趣的人，在討論過程中找到樂趣，也是有益的。
