本人對教會內的奉承文化從來都比較討厭，尤其是明明係錯，仲要係度盲目附和的那群人，最令人討厭也。為何會這樣呢？？有何化解呢？？是否一定要這樣呢？？？？

我這愚蠢的腦袋只能想到一樣 - 進諫。香港文化是走精邊,不開罪當權者,但亦是香港今日墮落的源頭;教會會否這樣,還得看我們自己。

個人的淺見是 - '人'好制度自然不會壞;人不好,再好的制度給他也是枉然。宗教信仰的真正力量在於改善人心而不是制度。

根據歷史的經驗,這想法似乎是一個美麗的誤會.可看看在2000十一月公教報鄙人的絀作(哪一期真的已忘記了).西方近代文化盡力以制度作為人的道德持守標準,於是人就有'教會的法律'與'世間的法律'應該跟隨哪樣的爭執,想深入點,如果社會上人人自律,那些法律還用來作啥?
可是人因為軟弱,才產生世間法律的種種問題,其中的因果很難分辨,但不是不能:人心好,可以沒有制度,丹人心如不好,制度一定不能好,這卻是定案來的了.
沒有人腦,怎來電腦?電腦再好,也不能說電腦可以取代人腦, 為什麼? 因為人,就是人,就是照主的肖像的受造勿,而電腦卻不是。電腦僅可以輔助而已.
制度和各種'主義',同樣也替代不了真理和人心對真理追隨的必需動力。

The entrenchment of human weakness in pastoral work lies deep in the inability to 'humble' onself. In line with the concept of 'pastoral supremacy' is the love for attention and praise by the faithful - the seeking of ovations.
In extreme examples this lead to unfairness, foul deals, and even corruption by clergy. A lay faithful who is ready to point out with honesty the weakness of a pastor often got a 'cold-shoulder' afterwards. May be that's what 'pastoral supremacy' is all about - the crux of the matter is "the pride of the pastor".
