The melody of the song that you mentioned came from G. Handel's collection "Judas Maccabaeus" under the title "See The Conquering Hero Comes". The original melody did not have a lyric.
It can commonly be found in some "Baroque collections" and "Baroque favourites" in shops selling classical CD's.
