All the Tuesdays during the Paschal time the Mass starts remembering the triumph of Christ as the crown of the history of salvation. The Resurrection of the Lord and His exaltation are intimately linked: Jesus of Nazareth and God, the Lord of Life, they are but the same Person and under this light, the divine plan of Love is fully revealed: if Jesus, Son of Man has been placed on the cross, it is so "that everyone who believes in Him will have eternal life." It is our responsibility to announce or proclaim the mystery of the Resurrection of Jesus Christ in us, grace which we ask for in the prayer of our Mass today.

Our reading today from the Acts of the Apostles tells us various "outlines" of what was the life of the primitive Church: common life in the sharing of goods under the authority of the Apostles who were witnesses of the Resurrection of the Lord Jesus. Can we not learn much from these readings for our Christian life today?

Lord, Jesus, may I be a witness of Your Resurrection with my mind and heart among my sisters and brothers.

DAILY OFFERING
Eternal Father, I offer You everything I do this day; my thoughts, words, joys and sufferings. Grant that, vivified by the Holy Spirit and united to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary, my life this day may be of service to You and to others. I also pray that all those preparing for marriage discover in Sacrament the source of Christ's grace for living a fithful and fruitful love. Amen.

PRAYING WITH THE CHURCH
INTENTION
That the Lord may bless the farmers' work with an abundant harvest and sensitize the richer populations to the drama of hunger in the world.
